Shipping Policy

We pack your order within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. You get a notification the moment it ships.

Personalised gift boxes take longer. Each product page lists its own lead time.

We ship within Pakistan only. We do not accept international orders at this time.

Inside Pakistan, we currently deliver to:

• Punjab — Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot and surrounding cities
• Sindh — Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and surrounding cities
• Islamabad Capital Territory — all sectors
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mardan and nearby cities

We currently do not deliver to Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan or Azad Kashmir. Our courier partners cannot guarantee the transit times these products need, and dry fruits lose condition on long unrefrigerated routes.

If your address falls outside our delivery network, the order will be cancelled and nothing will be charged — cash on delivery means you only pay when the parcel reaches you. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we cover your area.

Standard delivery runs 3 to 5 business days for Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, and 4 to 7 business days for other cities we cover.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and courier backlogs can add a day or two.

Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 2,500. Below that, we calculate the charge at checkout from your order weight and delivery city. You see the full amount before you pay.

Order late, damaged or missing? Email dryzenroyal@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Send photos if the package arrived damaged. We replace or refund.

Orders are cash on delivery — keep the exact amount ready, as couriers often cannot provide change. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
